Agincare is seeking Female Support Workers in the Bordon area to help deliver person-centred outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will support individuals in their homes and communities with empathy, respect and a proactive approach.
The role requires at least 12 months experience in support work and a valid right to work for 12 months. Training, career development and pension benefits are offered, with a supportive team environment.
You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

We support to our clients living within central Bordon and also providing outreach in this area.
Offering supporting living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.
We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
