Job summary

Agincare is looking for dedicated Support Workers in Grantham to assist people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs to live as independently as possible at home and in the local community.

You will join a friendly team, bringing enthusiasm, excellent people skills and a proactive attitude to everyday care tasks, daily living activities and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing and choice.

Qualifications

• Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

• Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
• Recording - keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management

Where youll be working: Grantham, Lincolnshire We are looking for Support Workers for our Services in Grantham, This is a unique service within Grantham offering supporting living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community. We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
