Job summary

Agincare is looking for compassionate Support Workers for our Colsterworth service, just 8 miles from Grantham. You will help people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs live as independently as possible in their own homes and local community.

We offer £12.90 per hour, a refer-a-friend scheme, funded training and career development, a Blue Light card, and a company pension. Full-time, part-time and bank positions are available; you’ll be part of a dedicated team
