Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is hiring a Support Worker for our Grantham service. You will support multiple individuals with learning disabilities, provide personal care, and help them thrive in the community through person-centred activities and meaningful experiences.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Grantham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
