Job summary

Real Life Options in Dunfermline is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support across 11 properties in Dunfermline and West Fife. You will help individuals with daily living tasks, promote independence, and support goals.

Full training and SVQ 2/3 will be provided; enhanced weekend pay applies. Shift patterns include day, evening, and sleepover duties, with a compassionate, flexible approach encouraged.

Support Worker

Location:Dunfermline

Contract: Full time, part time positions available

Pay: £13.45per hour

About the Role

At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the PWS to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support.You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.

This role will involveworking in supported living and day services across Dunfermline and West Fife. As a whole they consist of 11 separate properties. The individuals we support have varied levels of verbal communication, autism, and epilepsy. It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of working with adults with challenging behaviour, although this is not essential, as full training will be provided andReal-Life Options will put you through the SVQ 2/3.

What You’ll Do

Shift Patterns

Shift patterns are generally 08:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Sleepover shift - 24hr shift: 3pm -3pm (sleeping 11pm - 7am )

Pay

£13.45 per hour (enhanced weekend salary of £17.93)
