Job summary

Home Group in Hartlepool is seeking a compassionate support worker to help customers live independently and stay connected. You will help with daily tasks, encourage independence and create a respectful, safe environment.

The role is a 12-month temporary contract based at Scott Grange, with travel across Hartlepool to meet customers in the community. A driving licence and DBS check are required, with a flexible mixed rota and core hours 8am–4pm.

The practical bits

• Temporary (12 months contract), full time (37.5). You will be based on our Scott Grange office in Hartlepool, however you will travel across Hartlepool to meet our customers who live in the community.
• Working a mixed rota from Monday - Sunday, which does include some evenings, weekends and bank holiday working
• You’ll work core hours between 8am and 4pm with flexibility built in
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
• You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes, we’ll pay for the mileage.
