Job summary

Home Group in Cheltenham is recruiting for a role that supports people to live independently within a community setting. You will plan support, coordinate workers and deliver person-centred services across a busy caseload.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent (or willing to work towards it).
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
• Ability to work under own initiative, remain calm under pressure, and be resilient.

Responsibilities

You have

• Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting

The practical bits

• Working 37.5 hours per week, flexibility applied would suit a working parent
• Working rota is across 3 weeks, working every third weekend
• Our service is based in Cheltenham near the town centre
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
