Job summary

Real Life Options in Forfar is recruiting a Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities and autism in their homes and communities. The role includes flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and waking night shifts, to meet individual needs.

You will support with medication administration, personal care, meal preparation, emotional support, and helping service users access communities and activities. A PVG check is required and full training is provided.

Location:Forfar, Angus
Hours:Full-time (39 hours per week)
Pay:£13.45per hour

What We’re Looking For

Experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and commitment to delivering quality support.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can follow detailed support plans

  • Communicates clearly and respectfully

  • Has a warm, approachable, and friendly manner

  • Is flexible, reliable, and self-motivated

An Enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.
