Real Life Options in Elgin is seeking a Female Support Worker to help people live independently by providing physical and emotional support. You will enable individuals to exercise choices and control over their support planning and delivery, in both home and community settings.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only in line with applicable equality guidance. Training is provided; flexibility with shifts is required, including evenings and weekends.
Location: Elgin
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time (39 hours per week) and relief positions available
Must be a driver with full UK license

You will be able to help people you support to live the life they want, ensuring they have choices and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships socially. You will be working with individuals both at home and within the community.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only (in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).
You will need to be flexible as we are a 24-hour service, so shifts vary and include days, evenings and weekends.
Experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and commitment to delivering quality support.
