CCH Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a 2:1 package with a young gentleman who has cerebral palsy. You will assist with PEG feeding, medication and personal care, while supporting social inclusion during cinema and shopping trips.

Based at Maidstone Complex SCP in Higham, join a people-first team where DBS is free, induction is paid, and clear progression into leadership roles is offered. A full UK driving licence is essential and sponsorship is not provided.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Support Worker in this 2:1 package.

The client is a young gentleman in his mid-20s who has cerebral palsy, and due to this, the client would require management of his PEG feed, medication and personal care.

He is an avid fan of taking trips to the cinema, shopping all whilst offering that vital social inclusion.

Qualifications

Experience in complex care would be essential, especially in the following with the clinical inventions prior to be offered an interview with our package manager:

• PEG feeding
• Medication administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment
