Potens Group is hiring a Support Worker at Oakleigh Lodge in Dudley to provide compassionate, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, complex needs and autism.
The role involves personal care, meal support, hoist operation and assisting with activities. A minimum of 1 year in social care is expected; NVQ levels 2+ are preferred, with training offered for care certificates and ongoing development.
