Job summary

Cygnet Manor is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. You will work 42 hours per week, including shifts across days and nights, in a supportive team.

The role focuses on physical and emotional support, safeguarding, and maintaining a safe environment. We offer an apprenticeship scheme, flexible learning, wellbeing resources, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care to residents in a high dependency complex care setting.
