Job summary

Cygnet Care Services Limited is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker at Devon Lodge in the United Kingdom. The role involves providing person-centred, flexible support to adults with autism and learning disabilities, across a 42-hour contract on a 7-day rota.

You will assist with daily living, personal care, wellbeing and health-related reporting. The successful candidate will show compassion, strong teamwork and excellent communication.

Some shifts may start at 7 am, while others may finish at 10 pm, across a 7‑day rota (including two weekends per month).Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration.
