A national charity in the UK is looking for full-time Support Workers based in Bolton to empower individuals with autism and learning disabilities. In this role, you will support two gentlemen transitioning to independent living and ensure their daily emotional wellbeing and community involvement. With no formal qualifications needed, just a compassionate approach, you will receive comprehensive training and career development opportunities. We are looking for full-time Support Workers for: 12-hour shifts (8am8pm) days and nights

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of supporting a gentleman as he moves from a long-stay hospital into his own home and begins a new chapter of independence. You’ll be joining a small, dedicated team working across two apartments in the same building, supporting two gentlemen to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
