A leading organization in East Ipswich is seeking a Lead Support Worker to empower customers with complex mental health needs. This full-time role involves creating support plans, coordinating a team, and assisting customers in achieving their aspirations. Temporary until October 2025, full-time (37.5 hpw), rota working days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, including sleep-in shifts at an additional £50 per shift. Pay ranges from £13.21 to £13.63 per hour (£25,838 to £26,645 per annum), with great benefits including a Health Cash Plan.
