Responsibilities

• Review branch discrepancies in the Postmaster’s system and proactively contact Postmasters to ensure understanding of the process.
• Become an expert in Post Office branch operations to help Postmasters resolve issues.
• Complete administrative activities to ensure issues captured in first line support are effectively managed and resolved.
• Build meaningful relationships with Postmasters and branches to drive positive change.
• Demonstrate Post Office behaviours and a Postmaster first mindset in daily work.
