Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting Supply SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across SEND schools in Mansfield. You will provide individual and small-group support, help pupils access activities, and work with teachers to accommodate diverse learning needs.

The role offers flexible supply opportunities, ongoing CPD through My-Progression, and the chance to gain experience across specialist SEND settings while maintaining a patient, caring approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Confidence building relationships with pupils and staff.
• Understanding of different learning and communication needs.
• A relevant qualification or practical experience.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
