Job summary

News UK is seeking a Supply and Sales Data (SSD) Coordinator to manage daily transactional processing, returns, and data integrity. You will report to the Supply & Sales Data Supervisor and grow into data analysis roles while supporting key business stakeholders.

The role requires practical experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and strong Excel skills for reporting and verification. A hybrid work model is in place, with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for financial processing and data verification.

Responsibilities

• Run daily reporting to verify end-of-day figures and reconcile issues.
• Set up new supplier accounts in SAP and create accurate orders.
• Process weekly returns and prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Circulation and Allocation to deliver clear data.
