Job summary

News UK is seeking a Supply and Sales Data (SSD) Coordinator to manage daily transactional processing, returns, and data integrity. You will report to the SSD Supervisor and have a growth path into data analysis while supporting key business stakeholders.

Day-to-day duties include end-of-day reporting, order setup in SAP, and weekly returns processing. The role offers hybrid working with core office days in the Peterborough area and opportunities to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Practical experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel reporting and data verification skills.
• Experience processing financial transactions and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Run daily end-of-day reports and verify figures.
• Reconcile daily issues and perform data integrity checks across supply and returns data.
• Set up new accounts in SAP and create accurate orders in the system.
• Process weekly returns and vouchers for all titles and prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Circulation, and Allocation to deliver clear data reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline daily spreadsheet workflows.
• Support internal stakeholders under tight deadlines with accurate data.
