Job summary

Sysco Ashford is recruiting a Merchandising Co-ordinator to join our Central Category & Data team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. You will help ensure accurate data setup for vendors, products and pricing, and collaborate across departments to drive data integrity.

The role is hybrid with at least one day per week at the Ashford Head Office, and requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise and organise work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data Maintenance: ensure accurate vendor, product, pricing & promotions data.
• Handle SAP-based data setup for vendors and products; manage changes.
• Perform data checks ahead of set up to ensure accuracy.
• Trade Interchange - SIM: vendor set up and data enrichment.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support data initiatives.
• Ongoing checks, maintenance, resolution and recording for audit; data issue resolution.
