Job summary

SSP London, United Kingdom is seeking a Data Coordinator to join the Marketing Operations Team. The role coordinates marketing and data requests between Commercial, Data and Operational teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.

You will manage data workflows, ensure pricing, promotions, item details and recipes are accurate across SSP systems, and support till testing, new unit openings and campaign readiness leading to smooth go-lives.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident with Excel and data templates, trackers and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise marketing and data requests across SSP brands.
• Collect, validate and translate data for item setup and campaigns.
• Coordinate system setup, till configuration, testing and go-live support.
• Investigate and resolve data, system and unit issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Administer platforms to support workflow tracking and promotions.
• Improve data request forms and templates to match changing needs.
• Provide guidance and training to Brand Managers and stakeholders.
