Job summary

News UK in Peterborough is seeking a Supply and Sales Data (SSD) Coordinator to join the Finance team. You will manage daily transactional processing, returns and data integrity while reporting to the SSD Supervisor, with a clear growth path into data analysis.

Day-to-day you will run end-of-day reporting, reconcile issues, set up SAP accounts, process returns and vouchers, and prepare operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and Excel for reporting and data verification.
• Experience in financial processing, including adjustments and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical ability to identify data issues and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Run end-of-day reporting, reconcile daily issues and perform data integrity checks across supply and returns data.
• Manage NUK and third-party supply contracts, set up new SAP accounts and create accurate orders.
• Process weekly returns and vouchers and prepare operational reporting for the business.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Circulation and Allocation to deliver clear data reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate daily workflows and improve team efficiency.
