Job summary

Forza Foods Ltd seeks an Administrator - Supply Chain to support the Procurement Team and Planning in our wine business. Responsibilities include processing paperwork, receipting wine on IPL, and monthly stock/debit reporting.

The role requires MS Office proficiency, attention to deadlines, and strong communication. Experience in production or logistics is advantageous, with a flexible approach to workload.

Responsibilities

• Processing production paperwork and maintaining records.
• Receipting bulk wine on to IPL system.
• HMRC stock movement declarations (monthly).
• Monthly bulk wine duty reconciliation.
• Setting up future production jobs on IPL system.
• Processing and checking third party invoices.
• Raising and receipting expense purchase orders on IPL system.
• Running and circulating reports to stakeholders.
• Declaring pallet movements on CHEP pallet system.
