Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking a proactive administrator to support order processing and cross-department coordination within our supply chain. You will raise manual sales orders, track progress, and communicate changes to Production, Transport, and other teams.

You will provide excellent customer service, resolve queries, and produce service level reports. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in order processing, supply chain, or logistics (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurately raise and manage manual sales orders, including amendments or updates.
• Communicate order details and changes to Production, Transport, and other departments.
• Monitor orders through the supply chain, ensuring timely progress and resolution of issues.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, complaints, shortages, and order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Provide administrative support to Supply Chain Planners and the wider team.
• Produce and share service level reports and performance data with stakeholders.
