Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a proactive Supplier Onboarding Specialist for an eight-week project in the United Kingdom. The role pays £212.50 per day and runs 9-5, Monday to Friday, to guide suppliers through onboarding and ensure setup on the required platform.

You will contact suppliers, manage the onboarding process from start to finish, troubleshoot issues, and keep records up to date while coordinating with internal teams to meet project targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier onboarding, customer service, account management, procurement administration or project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with suppliers by phone.
• Ability to manage high volumes of outbound calls and emails and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact suppliers via telephone and email to support onboarding activity.
• Manage the supplier onboarding process from initial contact through to completion.
• Guide suppliers through registration, portal access and system setup.
• Answer supplier queries, troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor onboarding progress, maintain accurate records and update tracking systems.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure onboarding deadlines and targets are met.
• Identify and elevate any issues delaying onboarding.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Deliver a professional and positive experience for suppliers throughout the project.
