Job summary

SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Supplier Coordinator to join our Procurement Team. You will support end-to-end supplier onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing performance monitoring, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

This role offers a clear development path, exposure to modern supplier lifecycle improvements, and the chance to work on diverse projects across the UK with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders, at all levels.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive and genuine interest in good practice supplier management.
• Previous procurement experience is beneficial, but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Onboarding Management – own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers.
• Supplier Master Data Management – keep supplier records up to date and set up new suppliers.
• Supplier Due Diligence – manage recurrence of document refreshes, ensure compliance & accuracy.
• Supplier Portal Management – shape and improve supplier management processes and support rollout.
• Supplier Communications + Engagement – act as key contact and track supplier KPIs.
• Modern Slavery Assessments – undertake annual assessments and support compliance (desirable).
