Job summary

Paragon Business Essentials is seeking a Framework Supplier Manager for a 6 month FTC, fully remote within the UK. You will lead end-to-end onboarding of Vendors under a government framework, ensuring due diligence, compliance and contracting are completed accurately and on time.

You will manage Vendors via Paragon’s SRM platform PartnerHub, coordinating with Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Information Security to keep records up to date and enable timely go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience using an SRM, supplier onboarding or third-party risk management system.
• Strong process management skills with the ability to handle high volumes and deadlines.
• Ability to review supplier evidence, identify gaps and drive actions to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of Vendors within the agreed framework scope.
• Drive timely completion of supplier registration, due diligence questionnaires, approvals and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding volumes against the implementation plan and go-live dates.
• Create and maintain Vendor records within Paragon’s SRM platform PartnerHub.
• Ensure evidence, approvals, expiry dates and risk outcomes are complete and auditable.
• Validate evidence in areas like insurance, financial stability, data protection, cyber security, modern slavery, sanctions and business continuity.
• Understand and apply government framework and Buyer-specific requirements, escalate where needed.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Management, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Finance and operations.
• Facilitate issue resolution and document decisions and risk acceptances.
