Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a proactive Supplier Onboarding Specialist for an 8 week project contract in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on onboarding suppliers onto EDI or self-service invoicing portals, with daily contact via phone and email to drive progress and resolution.

You will manage the onboarding from initial contact to completion, guide suppliers through registration and portal access, and provide ongoing support to ensure timely set-up and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier onboarding, customer service or procurement support.
• Ability to manage high volumes of contacts and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact suppliers via phone and email to drive onboarding activity.
• Manage onboarding from initial contact through completion.
• Guide suppliers through registration, portal access and system setup.
• Answer queries, troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor onboarding progress and update records.
• Follow up to meet deadlines and targets.
• Liaise with internal teams for smooth transitions.
• Deliver professional experience for suppliers.
