Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United Kingdom seeks an Engagement Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors, supporting VMS processes and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Completion of education equivalent to a US High School Diploma.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in a service level industry and/or one to three years’ experience in a customer service environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages the contractor onboarding process.
• Responds to tickets and inquiries including general requests, assignment updates, invoicing questions, timesheet questions, visa letter requests, reporting requests.
• Handles furlough tracking and exception approval process.
• Sends reminders for missing timesheets and assignments ending in 90 days.
• Creates visa letters for time & materials contractors.
• Handles pre-ID/payroll request management.
• Responds to inbound calls, tickets, and emails within SLA.
• Uses Vendor Management Software to troubleshoot issues.
• Escalates issues per standard process and recommends efficiency improvements.
• Maintains and documents end-user interactions and requisition records.
