SOCOTEC UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator in Burton-on-Trent, open to hybrid/remote working. You will support the Quality team by coordinating multiple business units and handling complex enquiries, ensuring accurate pricing, scope, and programme information.

Ideal candidates have commercial awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while building strong stakeholder relationships within SOCOTEC's expanding

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of coordination for complex and multi-service enquiries received across SOCOTEC (web enquiries, emails, portals).
• Review incoming opportunities and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Divisions and Business Units.
• Coordinate multiple Business Units.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage of complex opportunities until a specific Divisional owner is appointed.
• Work with commercial teams to consolidate pricing, scope, assumptions, and programme information.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Coordinator to join our Quality team. In this role, youll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
