Job summary

Virtualstock, a Logicbroker company, seeks a high-energy onboarding and support professional for our UK Enterprise Sales Team. You will guide suppliers through onboarding, provide platform training, and support live integrations from setup to production.

Reporting to the Manager of Client Operations, you’ll own supplier onboarding, manage day-to-day inquiries, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience within Support, Project Management or Customer Success in a SaaS business.
• Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience documenting and refining processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team; proactive and curious.
• Knowledge of APIs or willingness to learn Virtualstock’s technology.

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers from initial engagement through to completion, including testing for a seamless setup.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers; handle inquiries and weekly client updates.
• Identify, triage, and escalate complex issues; create instructions and FAQs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and SLA delivery.
