SOCOTEC UK & Ireland invites applications for a Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator in Burton-on-Trent with hybrid/remote options. You’ll coordinate multi-service enquiries, review opportunities, and support pre-contract activities across Divisions and Business Units.

We’re seeking a proactive, reliable professional with commercial awareness, strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills to drive cross-selling and coordinate pricing, scope and programmes for SOCOTEC’s

Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator – Burton-on-Trent (Open to hybrid/remote working)

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Coordinator to join our Quality team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to:

• Act as the first point of coordination for complex and multi-service enquiries received across SOCOTEC (either through web enquiries / emails / portals)
• Review incoming opportunities and identify potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Divisions and Business Units
• Coordinate multiple Business Units.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage of complex opportunities (until a specific Divisional owners is appointed).
• Work with commercial teams to consolidate pricing, scope, assumptions, and programme information.
