Job summary

Softcat is seeking an Administrator to support Supplier Integration activities within a cross-functional squad spanning Business Operations and Technology. Responsibilities

• Support the Supplier Integration squad with administrative and coordination activities across integration initiatives.
• Assist with collating business analysis inputs, including process notes, field mappings, and integration requirements.
• Create and maintain directories of supplier and technical contacts, ensuring information remains up to date.
• Perform basic field-to-field validation and testing to support data accuracy across systems.
• Assist with configuration tasks for new supplier integrations under guidance of technical team members.
• Provide hyper care support following go-live, helping to track issues, responses, and data queries.
