The role supports in developing and maximising vendor programme utilisation with a long-term governance perspective.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to translate programme details into actionable steps.
- Strong analytical approach to monitor programme outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Experience in risk assessment and governance within tech/sales environments.
- Demonstrated drive for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Responsibilities
- Understand program specifics to prioritise importance and target customers.
- Produce regular performance reports for senior leadership and managers.
- Assist sales by clarifying required processes for programmes.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the programme lifecycle.
- Provide updates on programme status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Report on budget alignment and financial objectives to assess profitability.
