Moto is seeking a Supervisor at Winchester Services to lead shifts, drive excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards at this busy site. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, helping to keep the unit running smoothly and delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK rest-stop experience.

Job description

Supervisor - £30,000 per annum

40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll bring to us:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
