Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Lancaster Services on the M6, Bay Horse, Lancaster LA2 9DU. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering high standards of customer service.

As a Supervisor, you’ll champion Pret’s high‑quality food and coffee brand experience, drive safety and compliance, and develop the team through coaching and training opportunities. Enthusiasm and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium fresh food and coffee brands, serving Pret's range of high-quality, freshly prepared wraps, baguettes and organic coffee, whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You’ll Bring To Us

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
