Job summary

Bluebird Care Essex and Redbridge are seeking an organised and compassionate Care Supervisor to support our Live-In Care team. This fast-paced role focuses on coordinating Live-In Care Experts to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes.

You will schedule and cover shifts, handle handovers, complete wellbeing calls, maintain records, and support training and onboarding. DBS checks and references are part of our recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong IT and administrative skills.
• Care sector experience preferred.
• Full driving licence with access to a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Live-In Care Experts.
• Arrange emergency cover for sickness and holidays.
• Support customer and Care Expert handovers.
• Complete wellbeing calls and supervisions.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance.
• Support training, probation and onboarding processes.
• Respond to customer and Care Expert queries.
