Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Lincoln is seeking a friendly retail team member to deliver the Feel-Good Experience by greeting customers, guiding them to our products, and surprising them with the right wellbeing finds.

You’ll manage the register, handle deliveries, keep the boutique pristine, and build beautiful displays as a brand ambassador. Availability for opening hours, evenings and weekends is essential; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for wellbeing and beauty products.
