Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics UK and Ireland is seeking a Supervisor (Expert) to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our high-street boutique. You will mentor peers, uphold Rituals standards, and maintain in-depth product knowledge to create the Feel-Good Experience for every customer.

You will lead by example, work with evenings and weekends, and help the team reach targets while ensuring a premium customer journey across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• Availability to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

As a Supervisor (Internally known as 'Expert'), you'll create what we call the Feel-Good Experience: our way of making customers feel amazing. And that's exactly what you'll master. You'll have deep product knowledge and the Feel-Good Experience down to an art. At this point, you're beyond doing your job - you're helping others get better at theirs too.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service - you know every product inside out and share their stories in ways that connect with every customer you meet.
• Win at sales and bring others with you - do great at your own targets while setting the example for your team members.
• Be the problem-solver customers and colleagues trust - handle complex questions and situations with confidence, while keeping the boutique running smoothly.
• Represent Rituals - follow safety standards, rock the Rituals look, and keep your product knowledge up to date through training and workshops.
