Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a supervisor-level team member to deliver outstanding customer service, share product stories, and help colleagues reach sales targets.

You will lead by example, represent the Rituals brand with a polished look, stay updated on product knowledge, and support training sessions. This role requires evenings and weekends and offers growth opportunities within a boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-service experience with a supervisory or team-leader level.
• Strong motivation to hit performance targets.
• Attention to detail, organized and structured.

• Availability to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.

You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
