Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive retail supervisor to welcome customers and guide them from browsing to purchase. You’ll share product stories, drive sales, and lead by example during busy evenings and weekends.

You’ll mentor colleagues, uphold safety and Rituals standards, and stay up-to-date with product knowledge through training and workshops. If you enjoy teamwork and shaping memorable Feel-Good experiences, apply now.

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
