Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is looking for a capable retail professional to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our boutique. You will share in-depth product knowledge and lead by example, helping teammates succeed while upholding Rituals standards.

You should enjoy working with customers, be ready to take on more responsibility, and be available during opening hours including evenings and weekends. Training and workshops will keep you at the top of your game.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• Strong motivation to hit performance targets.
• Eye for detail, organized and structured.
• Colleagues come to you to get unstuck and you help them master the Feel-Good Experience.
