Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a supervisor-level candidate to lead in-store service, drive sales, and coach colleagues on the floor.

You’ll embody the Rituals look, maintain product knowledge, and support a smooth boutique operation. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential to cover busy periods.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
• Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.
• You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
