Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics UK and Ireland is seeking a Supervisor (Expert) to create the Feel-Good Experience for customers from browsing to buying. You’ll share deep product knowledge, lead a team, and help colleagues improve their skills while ensuring boutique operations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have supervisory or team-leader experience in retail, are motivated to hit targets, and are organized. Evening and weekend shifts are required. Expect growth through our Expert Community and KPI training.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
• Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.
• You're available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
