Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland is seeking a supervisor-level, customer-focused individual to drive sales and lead by example in a busy boutique. You will deliver outstanding service, share product stories, and support team members while maintaining brand standards and safety protocols.

You’ll stay motivated to hit targets, stay organized, and be the go-to person during opening hours, including evenings and weekends. This role offers growth through training, workshops, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
• Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.
• You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.
• You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
