Job summary

Ben Sherman Affinity Staffordshire is seeking a Supervisor to support the Store and Assistant Manager in driving sales, KPI performance and first-class customer service. You will help maintain exceptional visual merchandising and create a welcoming shopping experience for every visitor.

Based in Stoke-on-Trent, the role focuses on achieving targets, coaching the team, and delivering a premium brand experience across-store and online touchpoints.

Purpose of the role:

To assist both the Store and Assistant Manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.
