Ben Sherman Affinity Staffordshire is opening a new store in the UK and is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store leadership. You will help drive sales, recruit and develop the team, and uphold exceptional visual merchandising to create a premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities include achieving targets, sharing product knowledge with customers, promoting multi-channel options, and maintaining welcoming store ambiance while processing transactions with care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales environments.
• Strong visual merchandising abilities.
• Good communication and commercial awareness.
• Experience with premium fashion brands is a plus.

Purpose of the role:

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.
