Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Poole is looking for a part-time Supervisor to join the team. The role is 20 hours per week with the opportunity to work more hours, with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

As a Supervisor you will work alongside your Store and Assistant Manager to coach your team, maximise opportunities and deliver exemplary results while representing Savers in the local community.

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop others and coach.
