Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant to join our store team on the south coast-inspired brand. You will help shoppers find the perfect pieces, share product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment that reflects our values.

You will drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support multi-channel options to ensure customers have a seamless experience. Experience in fashion retail and a passion for service are a plus.

Qualifications

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI's and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:

• Achievesales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provideaccurate information about our product to the customer including features andbenefits and stock availability
• Promoteour multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Providean inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
