Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, KPI achievement, and team development in our Bishop's Stortford store. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience in a lifestyle brand store.

You will recruit, motivate and coach staff, maintain brand standards, and create a shopping experience that reflects the timeless British style we celebrate.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
